The Public Sector Account Manager for Southern California will drive Logitech’s presence in State and Local Government, Higher Education, and K-12 Education through heavy influencing and direct engagement with key decision makers and influencers, up to and including VP-level and C-Level executives.

You will determine or define clear solutions that meet the needs of your partners, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. Collaboration with internal stakeholders—including Sales Engineers, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing—is essential. This full-time remote role focuses on candidates in Southern California and requires travel to customer sites, internal meetings, industry conferences, and channel partner visits.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate project pipeline and track it through tools and data reporting, with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts within your territory and vertical focus.
  • Drive deals, RFPs, and standards while delivering quarterly revenue commitments and strong forecasts.
  • Create compelling stories and presentations using innovative technologies (such as AI).
  • Manage the sales cycle, including client presentations and demos.
  • Partner with channel partners, including System Integrators and VARs, to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Listen, aggregate feedback, and provide customer insights on market trends and the competitive landscape to the product management team.
  • Streamline feedback to improve selling and operational efficiencies as the business grows.
  • Work with cross-functional departments (CSM, SE, and HQ resources) to deliver an elite customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sales and building relationships, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
  • Many years of relevant sales experience in the public sector with an assigned sales quota.
  • Previous Public Sector sales leadership experience and familiarity with key verticals (State/Local Government, Higher Education, K-12).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation expertise.
  • Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and a strong understanding of cloud video solutions.
  • Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.
  • Experience building strategic public sector account plans.
  • Proficiency in social media (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator is a plus) and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Able to conduct hands-on solution demos in-person with customers.
  • Innovation and inclusive mindset, with a passion for enhancing team culture through communication and collaboration.

Pay

This position offers an OTE (base + variable bonus) typically between $160K and $230K, dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation may be considered based on business need, candidate experience, and skills.
