ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and programs to target potential customers in coordination with distributors as appropriate
- Develop portfolio plans to maximize revenue and customer base in critical product lines
- Discover, understand, and communicate customer and market dynamics to enable management understanding of customer/user needs
- Develop business case and portfolio plans for the next generation of current and new products
- Identify issues from the field and develop sources of competitive intelligence to facilitate sales and product development
- Responsible for tactical implementation of key market research programs, including voice of customer analysis, market share measurements, and SWOT analysis
- Develop materials to present the value proposition for domestic and international individual markets
- Develop and cultivate professional relationships with key product suppliers to enhance product promotion
- Deliver professional, consistent, and customer-oriented service and maintain favorable customer relationships with key decision-makers and distributors in workplace safety
- Solicit and maintain favorable contacts and close sales negotiations with appropriate customers and agencies
Supplemental Responsibilities
- Completes any tasks and/or projects assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Will also consider Business, Life Science or similar degree.
- Certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic desired, with additional certification as a Firefighter II, TP-C, CCEMTP highly desired.
- Current relevant work experience as a NREMTP is required with current critical care work experience is highly desired.
