Experience

• Experience in a healthcare setting or security/customer service-related field preferred.

Education

• A high school diploma is required.

Licensures/Certifications

• A valid drivers license and good driving record for the last 3 years are required.
• You must be certified or eligible for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Lethal Weapons Training Certification (Act 235).
• You must complete Managing of Aggressive Behavior or MOAB parts 1, 2 & 3 within 4 months of employment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think independently yet listen to and work with a team.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and handle confidential matters.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $16.28 - $25.22
