About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure efficient and secure operations. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

As a key member of the NEOGOV team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance platform performance
  • Managing and resolving technical issues promptly
  • Providing support to users and stakeholders
  • Participating in regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and system administration
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and cybersecurity protocols
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Qualifications
