Public Relations Internship (Winter/Spring 2027)

Brilliant Agency, a respected and rapidly growing agency specializing in family-oriented brands, is seeking a REMOTE Public Relations Intern to support the agency’s dynamic team. The internship runs from January 11 to May or June 2027.

What We Do

Brilliant is a fully remote agency with over 25 team members dedicated to consumer lifestyle brands, including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, and food. As part of the Dream Team, you’ll be integrated into a supportive and innovative environment.

Potential Responsibilities

• Identify media/influencer targets and assist in building lists
• Monitor and report media, influencer, and social coverage
• Create monthly clippings reports
• Contribute creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions
• Improve writing skills by drafting press materials and research material
• Maintain and update critical databases/resources/reporting & sampling
• Perform data entry and varied research for projects like award submissions, event recommendations, and event planning
• Manage influencer campaigns on behalf of clients
• Identify relevant influencers for product promotion
• Draft initial outreach emails to potential influencers and negotiate terms
• Assist the account team with various tasks
• Utilize technology platforms such as Google Drive, AirTable, LinkedIn, and more

Requirements

• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior
• Previous office internship experience in marketing
• 3.0 GPA or above
• Excellent writing skills
• Social media savvy
• Strong organizational abilities
• Professional demeanor and drive to succeed
• Eagerness to learn and ask questions
• Resourceful attitude and keen attention to detail

Benefits

Brilliant will reimburse you $250 each month for using your personal cell phone, computer, and home internet. Accepting credit hours for the internship is optional but encouraged.
