Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee an internal account team
• Develop and implement communication strategies
• Handle media relations and strategy
• Produce significant writing and content
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate media coverage
• Manage events

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in public relations or corporate communications
• Excellent written communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to cope well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task daily
• Ability to comprehend and translate complex issues into effective messaging and materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency and client management experience
• Healthcare communications and advocacy experience
• Public affairs and policy experience or interest
