Temporary full-time Public Relations Coordinator role based in Manhattan, NY (10038) with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week). Estimated duration: 2 months. Hourly rate: $30.00–$35.00.

Our client is the world’s largest intimates specialty retailer, offering modern, fashion-inspired collections including signature bras, panties, lingerie, casual sleepwear, swim, athleisure, prestige fragrances, and body care.
Responsibilities
- Editorial Support
- Act as an essential teammate to the editorial team.
- Live monitoring of press articles for launches and press clippings.
- Coverage tracking, media impression gathering, and media alert send-outs.
- Draft weekly round-up of press and social coverage for review.
- Manage all editorial sample requests, including gathering, shipping execution, and tracking reports.
- Support seasonal sample orders for press previews and ongoing press closet sample monitoring.
- Ideate evergreen and always-on pitching angles, franchise stories, and report internally and to external PR agency partners.
- Manage agenda, high-level call notes, reporting, and follow-up action items for teams (including deadlines and guidelines).
- Support PR written communications, including talking points, FAQs, and fact-checking campaign and collection messaging with copy teams.
- Onsite logistics for editorial events (press previews, in-store talent-facing events), liaising with external vendors (floral, catering) and cross-functional partners (security, visuals, social).
- Influencer/VIP Support
- Support the day-to-day management of the Client Creator Program.
- Assist in influencer campaign cast ideation and sourcing.
- Facilitate product orders for campaign talent content capture across multiple deadlines.
- Place timely product orders for VIP seedings and placements, including archive requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to secure top-tier VIP placements, working with the Sample team.
- Support vetting and content approval for new members of the Client Creator Program.
- Sort and share content with internal partners for marketing amplification.
- Onsite logistics for influencer/social content capture events, liaising with external vendors and cross-functional partners.
- Fashion Show Support (2026)
- Logistical planning and execution for the client’s Fashion Show, including:
- Day-to-day coordination of PR team needs during the season.
- Security and onsite credential organization, serving as a point of contact for production partners.
- Show Media Kit, factoids, show looks, and credits: cross-collaboration to obtain press-facing information, coordinate reviews, and final production.
- Organizing and disseminating gifting for models, influencers, and internal partners/board members.
- Creating and updating shot lists for onsite runway and BTS photography.
- Travel and car service coordination for VIP talent (pick-up/drop-off for show and after-party).
- General guest, vendor, and guest list management in partnership with the PR team.
- PR agency logistics and planning, including milestone meetings (seeding, brainstorms).
- Executive on-site support as a point of contact/guide for leaders during the event (check-in, PINK Carpet, seating, exit guidance).
- Travel to fashion show and surrounding locations as required.
- Support for gifting, press talking points, comms, model coordination, and product needs.

Requirements
- Project management and multi-workstream coordination (2–5 years).
- Event planning and logistical execution (2–5 years).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (2–5 years).
- Written communications support, including note-taking, reporting, talking points, and briefing materials (2–5 years).
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, team-first attitude with willingness to handle both strategic and administrative tasks.
- Internship or work experience in fashion, PR, communications, events, entertainment, production, or influencer marketing (2–5 years).
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, pop culture, creators, and live events.
- Experience managing logistics or coordinating large projects.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
Pay
Hourly rate: $30.00–$35.00.
