About the role
REQ is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Public Relations team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, leading execution of strategic communications programs, and contributing to account growth and team development. You will operate as a trusted client partner, strategic contributor, and team leader, with accountability for both program performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in public relations or communications, ideally within a technology-focused agency
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver strategic, results-driven communications programs
- Strong media relations experience with demonstrated success securing impactful coverage
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, including executive-level communications
- Strong knowledge of application of AI in PR & marketing; Ability to develop AI-driven reports, process efficiencies, new service capabilities
- Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership
- Strong understanding of technology, business trends, and integrated communications strategies
