About the Role

This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109. This position is not remote/hybrid work eligible.

Responsibilities

• Aid with day-to-day operations of the SMV help desk.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to VFC providers and clinic staff regarding vaccine ordering, accountability reports, wastage and returns, vaccine transfers, and vaccine storage and handling issues.
• Absorb and process vaccine orders, transfers, returns, and wastage.
• Set up new users and process clinic changes in SMV.

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make swift, confident decisions.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal level of supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of commitment to serve others and work as a team.
• Experience in public health and immunizations preferred.
• Superior phone and customer service skills.
