Public Health, Part-Time Faculty Pool

Qualifications

• Master's in health science, health education, biology, nursing, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, dietetics, nutrition or public health;
• OR Bachelor's in any of the above AND Master's in any biological science;
• The equivalent;
• AND Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working or teaching in the public health field.
• Master's degree in public health.
• Instruction at the community college level.
• Distance Education course delivery.
• Course design and development using Canvas.
• Curriculum development.
• Schedule planning and coordination.
