Our core business is partnering with state and local governments, education sector leaders, not-for-profits, and private developers to raise capital for infrastructure projects through the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds. About The Role And Your Career Path

This is more than an analyst seat. It's the first step on a defined career track toward becoming a client-facing, revenue-generating banker. As part of a collaborative team, you'll gain broad, hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of municipal finance transactions, including RFP responses, bond sizing and cash flow modeling, debt profile analysis, and transaction execution, working with peers and senior bankers, and increasingly, directly with clients. From there, high performers earn the opportunity to relocate to one of our regional offices, where they take on greater client ownership and begin developing the origination and relationship management skills of a producing banker. Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, management, engineering, or other related fields
• Demonstrated high achievement, particularly in team or competitive settings

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
• Thrives in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment

• Exceptionally well organized with meticulous attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects under pressure without letting quality slip

Pay

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation, which will be part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
