Responsibilities

• drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan documents
• managing deal workflows and coordinating with external and internal parties
• ensuring timely transaction execution
• direct interface with clients and other deal participants
• assisting senior attorneys with business development and client relationship efforts

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience
• Excellent drafting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Georgia Bar required or pending
