Responsibilities

- Represent clients in criminal cases - Prepare and present evidence in court - Advocate for clients' rights - Conduct legal research and analysis

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an attorney - Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar - License required

Qualifications

- Strong legal skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

- Proficient in legal research and writing - Effective courtroom advocacy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
