Public Areas Attendant -FT

About the role

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This position is fast-paced with constant customer interaction and requires the ability to push and pull moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
• Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture
• Emptying trash and maintaining waste disposal areas
• Restocking amenities such as towels and toiletries in public spaces
• Assisting guests with inquiries and requests
• Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications

A Public Area Attendant must have exceptional communication skills and superior guest service abilities.
