What You Will Be Doing

• Act as a steward of public areas, maintaining their cleanliness and appearance.
• Warmly greet guests while in public areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the mezzanine, front desk area, and lobby.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center and pool area.
• Ensure locker rooms are stocked and clean.

Position Requirements

• Possess physical stamina to move throughout the building daily.
• Properly use all cleaning equipment and materials.
• Comprehension of English language preferred.
• Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment.

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly. Pay Rate: $18.06
