As a Public Area Attendant, you'll be a part of a team that shapes the guest experience at this new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻupu Mountain. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly
• Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of housekeeping or janitorial experience
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Hotel experience is highly preferred
• Schedule flexibility

Pay & Schedule

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift Pattern: Full flexibility (schedule is 7am to 11pm)
