Public Area Attendant - 5pm-10pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Public Area Cleaner to keep the hotel running in top shape. This role involves maintaining hotel cleanliness inside and outside, with varied daily responsibilities such as collecting and running laundry. The position is scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed, such as towels, extra pillows, and supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Work in a team environment and assist all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, or wiping glass windows/doors.

Requirements

• Highly organized and able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
