Pub Manager

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading a passionate team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring every aspect of the business reflects the warmth, quality and personality that The Village Pub is known for.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Experience managing a small team of staff
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Understanding of local community dynamics and how to engage with them
• Previous experience in a pub or similar hospitality setting

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Customer service orientation

Pay

£45,000 per annum (OTE £51,195.00 per annum, including tronc)
