About the role

The ideal candidate will manage the pub floor, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for patrons. This includes overseeing bar service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized space.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar service and ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pub floor
• Engage with customers and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall pub experience

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries)
• Excellent customer service skills
