PTA Supervisor (at least 5-10 hours weekly)

About the role

CSTC seeks a part-time Physical Therapist Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the North Colorado Springs location. The role involves supervision of two PTAs, re-evaluations, and some initial evals. We serve a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants
• Provide therapy and communicate with clients and families regarding care
• Complete documentation including evaluations
• Pediatric experience preferred

Requirements

• Accredited PT program degree
• Active Colorado therapy license
• Passion for making a difference in clients' lives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

• Hourly: Base Pay Range $45.00-$45.00
• Salary: Base Pay Range $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience
