PTA / Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Duties

• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Requirements

• Current NYS PTA License and Registration
• EMR Competence
• Mets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

Pay

• Hourly Pay Rate: $34 Hourly (W-2), $38 Hourly (1099)

Schedule

• Flexible Schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Coverage, Days, Evenings)
