About the role
AVIR Health Group is searching for a resident- and family-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is a team builder and excited to help shape facility culture. The PTA will assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in developing and implementing individual patient occupational-therapy care plans and perform daily therapy assignments to meet patient treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individual patient occupational-therapy care plans.
- Perform daily occupational-therapy assignments to accomplish patient therapy plans and treatment goals.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current state license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of hire.
