Responsibilities

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment, audio editing and automation systems.
• Available to work early Sunday mornings on a consistent basis.
• Additional weekend availability is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Professional demeanor to work with station clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant certifications or coursework a plus.

Skills

• Technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment, audio editing and automation systems.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
