PT Temporary Sales Associate - Lee Wrangler Clearance Center

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive attitude and focuses on customer satisfaction.
• Works with a team to exceed sales results.
• Approaches and initiates conversations with customers.
• Works a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Operates office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.)
• Stands during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours.
• Walks and moves to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and recover the store.
• Lifts and carries, able to maneuver and/or lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Pushes/pulls full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
• Reaches, stretches, bends, stoops, and crouches to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Maneuvers and lifts items to assemble displays and rearrange the store layout.
• Uses vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and perform tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Uses fine manipulation and grasping with hands to sort and organize clothing, such as placing on hangers, folding, organizing in color/size order.

Requirements

• Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable approaching and initiating conversation with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
