About the role
As a PT Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits, and assisting customers with their financial needs. You will also be expected to adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in counting and recording amounts.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Avoid errors in transactions and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with their financial needs and provide guidance on various financial products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of retail banking experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
- Customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services.
Skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of credit union operations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
