PT Technician

About the role

Aid therapists in providing treatments while following safety protocols and maintaining clinic cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the direction of the Clinic Director
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall team efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Possess basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system, database software, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Possess a career in an allied health profession is preferred
