PT Sales Associate: Wanderlust + Co (Jewelry)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Create positive, lasting customer interactions
• Build brand loyalty
• Support sales initiatives
• Enhance team and customer engagement
• Maintain visual and operational standards
• Contribute to the overall success of the store
• May include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties
• Support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs

Requirements

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience: A background in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles
• Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs
• Physical Requirements: Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, with energy and focus while standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and handle chemicals safely
• Must be able to visually assess ear anatomy to perform advanced piercings accurately
• Must have a steady hand to execute precise piercings using traditional techniques/tools including a piercing device

Qualifications

• Hourly Pay Range: $19hr to $21hr
• Interpersonal Skills: Customer-Centric & Hospitality-Driven, Adaptable & Entrepreneurial, Collaborative Team Player, Strong Communicator, Professional & Reliable, Brand Champion & Product Expert, Detail-Oriented & Efficient
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s): Sales Performance, Customer Retention, Task Management
