About the Role

United Legwear is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Disney-Florida location. The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and uphold the Stance brand’s high standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

People

• Actively participate as a team member, working with integrity and respect for others.
• Drive and document your own learning to contribute to team and location success.
• Adapt to business needs to support the team and location.
• Develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners.
• Use product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards to represent Stance at the highest level.
• Support the management team with visual merchandising directives.

Commercial

• Demonstrate all requirements of Stance’s trainings and standards.
• Deliver the "Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank" customer experience with enthusiasm and consistency.
• Understand local and customer profiles to build loyal relationships using sales techniques.
• Take ownership of achieving and exceeding location KPIs and supporting brand promotions.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness of competitors and local markets.

Operations

• Proactively complete tasks correctly and efficiently following Company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Use equipment properly and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow loss prevention measures and report misuse or theft of Company property.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures, resolving discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of specialty retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated self-motivation with a strong entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
• Proven customer-centric approach with business acumen and market awareness.
• Creative, adaptable team player with a positive and results-driven attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The role requires:

• Regularly sitting for long periods, using hands to handle objects, and communicating effectively.
• Occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Close and distance vision abilities.
