Ziker Cleaners is hiring friendly, dependable individuals to join their Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service
• Process garment drop-offs and pickups
• Operate the point-of-sale system
• Handle payments and customer transactions
• Absorb and assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
• Promote services, specials, and seasonal offers
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily closing tasks

Pay

$15.00/Hour

Schedule

• Part-Time (20-25 Hours)
• Monday–Friday (Afternoons/Evening Shifts)
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Schedules vary based on business needs.
