About the Role

We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates to represent Frankies Bikinis boutiques in Venice, CA and Malibu, CA. The ideal candidate will create authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling, product storytelling, and genuine hospitality. Key responsibilities include supporting daily sales initiatives, engaging clients proactively to drive conversion and loyalty, and maintaining visual and operational standards with strong attention to detail. Collaboration with leadership and teammates is essential to fostering a positive, service-driven culture.

Position Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing environments, with exceptional service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong selling abilities, able to anticipate client needs and confidently present product knowledge.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and memorable brand experiences.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication, active listening, and positive contributions to team culture.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual, with sound judgment in handling inquiries and concerns.
• Detail-oriented with efficient execution of visual, operational, and daily tasks.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 18 years old.

Hourly Pay Range

$19 to $21 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales Performance: Drive results by optimizing Conversion, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), and repeat client growth through proactive client engagement.
• Client Retention & Experience: Deliver personalized service contributing to strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and long-term customer loyalty.
• Operational Execution: Complete tasks accurately and on time, maintaining brand standards and supporting overall store performance.
