Sales

  • Support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with all aspects of selling and marketing the community.
  • Unlock the model(s) and turn off exterior lights before opening.
  • Inspect and report any deficiencies to the Construction Manager.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the model and completed inventory.
  • Unlock and put up “open” signs as required.
  • Follow up and monitor the model(s) and completed inventory throughout the day.
  • Assist in greeting and meeting customers.
  • Retrieve and provide information for the Sales Counselor.
  • Prepare start memos with completed interior design work.
  • Help maintain an adequate supply of marketing materials and office supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining the Sales Counselor’s filing system and contract documents.
  • Help maintain accurate spec inventory in the MLS system.
  • Help submit sales contract packages to the appropriate home office.
  • Support the construction team by assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Help prepare and coordinate closings.
  • Help market the subdivision and generate traffic.
  • Have a “lot fit” book available for all lots and plans.
  • Be knowledgeable of the Community’s Architecture guidelines and plan repetition rules.
  • Closing the model(s) and turning on exterior lights after closing.

Knowledge/Real Estate License

  • Understand the Company’s product and be able to answer questions about the building process, area schools, financing, shopping, parks and playgrounds, buyer profile for community, and other pertinent information about the surrounding community.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the plan mix for the community program outline.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) including desire to ask questions and learn from others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiar with the Internet.
  • Reliable, clean transportation required.
