About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the brands' policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and promote brand offerings.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on both the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company trainings including compliance, product, process, talent development, and company initiatives.
- Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always the top priority.
- Provide necessary feedback to management regarding product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Maintain store visual standards and apply visual techniques and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment.
- Effective communication skills, both with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
