Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate customer needs to provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Showcase detailed product knowledge and offer thoughtful styling advice.
- Strategize personal business growth to enhance individual productivity.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Support and coach other team members to improve customer-centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
- Adapt product presentation based on whether a customer is in-store or online.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture and analyze customer data for targeted initiatives.
- Engage in store and company-wide initiatives and community outreach activities.
- Balance multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support the store's hiring process.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and store personnel.
- Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cash registers, and offices; lift up to 30 lbs.; climb moderately.
- Proficiency in operating the register and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Experience using digital tools for customer engagement and sales.
