Responsibilities

• Curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients
• Infuse every interaction with sophisticated style
• Leverage expertise to nurture lasting personal connections
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to broaden client appreciation for the Ralph Lauren lifestyle
• Support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
• Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints
• Adapt and showcase product recommendations based on customer needs
• Utilize tools like Polo connect to capture meaningful customer data
• Engage in store and company initiatives and community outreach
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
• Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs
• Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines
• Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support top talent recruitment

Requirements

• Preferred sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with both customers and store personnel
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office
• Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including day, evening, and weekend availability
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Previous retail experience strongly desired.
