PT - Residential Painter

About the role

Inclusive Housing Resources is looking for a part-time Residential Painter to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. In this role, you'll help create safe, welcoming homes for people with disabilities while using your skills to make a visible difference every day. This is a part-time position with up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends and no on-call.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, patch, and finish surfaces for high-quality interior and exterior painting.
• Use brushes, rollers, and other tools to deliver clean, professional results.
• Help keep properties safe, well-maintained, and looking their best through painting and light maintenance support.
• Take pride in a job well done by protecting work areas, keeping sites clean, and checking your finished work.

Requirements

• Painting experience and confidence with surface prep and finishing work.
• A valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and the ability to meet driving requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely on ladders or scaffolding when needed.
• A dependable, detail-oriented attitude and a willingness to support the team where needed.
