About the Role

We are seeking skilled painting professionals to join our team, providing high-quality commercial and residential painting services. Our work encompasses a wide range of interior and exterior projects, including woodwork, staining walls and ceilings, wallpaper removal, deck staining, and wood replacement.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting for commercial and residential properties
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching as needed
• Apply paints, stains, and sealants to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and decks
• Remove wallpaper and perform necessary wall repairs
• Replace damaged wood components as part of project scopes
• Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail on every job
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly handle equipment and materials

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial and/or residential painting
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and proper paint application methods
• Familiarity with staining, wallpaper removal, and wood replacement processes
• Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding when required
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and measurement skills
