PT - Program Instructor - Recreation, Marshall N. White Center

About the role

Responsible for designing and delivering recreational programs that promote physical activity and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with program goals.
• Facilitate group activities and ensure participant safety.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Recreation, or related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching or coaching experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of health and wellness principles.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
