PT Port Security Officers $18.50

About the role

Part Time Port Security Officer positions are available Fridays morning to early afternoon, with occasional flexibility to cover other days. Starting pay ranges from $18.50 for Security Officers to $19.50 for Screeners. A TWIC Card and Florida D Security License are required to begin working. Assistance is offered for obtaining these licenses with a repayment agreement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and patrolling various locations.
• Enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area at client sites.
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.

Requirements

• Already certified as a Screener? Receive a $200 sign-on bonus for Part Time (PT) and $400 for Full Time (FT).
• No prior experience necessary. Background in retail, food service, or hospitality is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Pass a background check.
