Customer Service Representative

Starting at $11 per hour. Expected Shifts are Monday to Friday 4:45 AM - 9AM, Club coverage could extend AM shifts to 12:45PM. Weekends are required. Saturday and Sunday 7AM-1PM or 1PM - 7PM. Other shift expectations 5PM-11PM Monday to Thursday, Friday 2-9PM, Weekend availability still applies. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
