PT Pharmacist (H)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Serves as on-duty supervisor of pharmacy department
• Supervises and guides support staff
• Provides feedback on staff performance
• Implements staff schedules
• Serves as primary customer care advocate
• Supports company safety standards
• Communicates equipment repairs and maintenance
• Maintains and completes records and reports
• Supports training of personnel
• Develops and implements operational enhancement programs
• Identifies and executes marketing opportunities
• Monitors and follows third-party claim adjudication
• Maintains compliance with laws and regulations
• Stocks pharmacy inventory

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with Bachelor's or advanced degree
• Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of practice
• Demonstrated competence in communications and customer relations
• Ability to fill Medicaid and Medicare prescriptions
• Willingness to work flexible schedules
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and direct associates
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
