PT On-call Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive and process overnight packages.
• Deliver mail and packages as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Sort and handle incoming mail according to established procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Work under the direction of the site manager and assistant site manager.
• Participate in cross-training activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet client and site needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, and customer service.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keyboarding and Windows environment proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
