Responsibilities
- Perform total store management responsibilities as required
- Manage, implement, and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Champion and support the culture and values of Stop & Shop
- Deliver a streamlined, personalized shopping experience for customers
- Create a welcoming and safe environment on the sales floor
- Interact positively with customers and associates using exceptional interpersonal skills
Requirements
High school diploma required, some college preferred; 2 - 4 years previous grocery retail management experience preferred; Interpersonal, decision making, delegation, leadership and conflict management skills.
