Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform total store management responsibilities as required;
• Manage, implement and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all areas;
• Create a welcoming and safe environment on the sales floor;
• Use exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and associates;

Education

A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred; 2 - 4 years previous grocery retail management experience preferred.
