PT Night Crew-Clerk - Grocery - 522

About the role

You would be responsible for ensuring shelves are organized with product labels front facing and ordered neatly so customers are able to quickly see the items. Attention to detail is key to make sure that the correct products have the correct pricing sticker and/or label on the shelf. Restocking shelves may or may not occur during daytime hours and could be, depending on store policy, be something that occurs on an overnight shift. In the support of other grocery store employees (such as the cashier) you may be asked to assist in the check-out process helping with bagging groceries and assisting customers with moving bags into their vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are organized with product labels front facing and ordered neatly
• Make sure correct products have the correct pricing sticker and/or label on the shelf
• Restock shelves as needed, possibly during overnight shifts
• Support other grocery store employees by assisting with bagging groceries and assisting customers with moving bags into their vehicles

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail operations or similar field
• Knowledge of basic inventory management
