About the role

We are seeking a Store Administrator to join our team at Stop & Shop. This position will be responsible for managing store operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock levels, and customer service.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of store activities.
• Support the store manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of retail industry best practices.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $X-$Y per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
