About the role
Manage day-to-day operations at the store including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain stock levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail operations experience.
- Experience managing a team of employees.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
