About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of retail operations experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
