About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a night crew in a grocery store environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of night crew members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the store.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
