About the role

As a Store Admin at Stop & Shop, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail operations or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of retail operations and store management principles
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Saturday, with some weekend and evening shifts required.
