PT Night Auditor

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure smooth operation of front desk and accounting during the overnight shift.
- Check in guests, answer phones, take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
- Process invoices and reconcile accounts, investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor.
- An eye for detail and a passion for providing quality service to guests.
- Prior Hyatt brand experience, excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Otelier and Opera Cloud (preferred).
